If your insurance is not listed here , you will have to pay us directly and file a claim with your insurance company later .You will also find other affordable health care options at our facility . Our patients are often responsible for a co-pay as we are in-network with most of our insurance companies .Its always better to contact your insurance company before coming, to know your level of coverage .But you haven’t done so , don’t worry we will take care of you .

If you’d prefer to pay out-of-pocket , we accept cash , checks and all major credit cards.we would require patients payment information for our company’s policy .
